We are looking for a highly motivated individual responsible for developing communication content along with project plans for a large technical organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it in alignment with the client's strategic messaging and branding standards. This role will also be responsible for building cross-functional communication and project plans. Must be comfortable communicating with top-level Executives, as well as various key stakeholders and teams directly. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the client's strategic messaging and branding standards Collaborate closely with leadership to understand direction, vision, and priorities, ensuring all communications are strategic, consistent, and impactful Plan and manage end‑to‑end project and communication plans Actively listen to executive-level discussions, distill key points, and translate them into high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting documentation to facilitate future decision-making conversations Build and maintain communication calendars and coordinate content updates across multiple platforms and tools (ie, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and newsletters) Pull and incorporate reporting data and insights into content to support Executive decision-making and executive-level presentation format Transform notes, meeting summaries, and bullet points into clear, visually compelling materials (such as infographics or presentation slides) Apply strong visual design and layout skills to all communications and marketing materials Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, and/or project management Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field Demonstrated ability to develop communication plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other Microsoft Applications is required Exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail Strong organizational and prioritization skills High-level demonstrated experience in communications and visual design Quick learner, adaptable to various systems and tools, and able to comprehend technical information for effective execution.
