Community Liaison / Marketer

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer / Community Liaison to join our skilled nursing facility in Sussex, NY. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and the local community to drive referrals and admissions. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding census goals.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$75,000 - $95,000 (as well as commissions and bonuses)

401(k), paid time off (PTO), health, dental, and vision insurance Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations. Represent the facility in the community through outreach, events, and professional networking to increase visibility and referrals. Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents and maintain a positive referral experience. Track and analyze referral data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Create and execute strategic marketing plans that align with census and business development goals.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare marketing or community liaison experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Skills:

Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
