What you will do:
Customer Data Management Take ownership of customer and lead data management within the country, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure customer data is enriched to enhance customer service capabilities. Providing support to store Customer Relationship Associates (CRAs) and Retail managers on customer data management, enrichment, and database quality improvement. Ensure all the data from marketing activities are entered by store CRA into database.Utilization of CRM data:
Provide analysis of critical data such as new customer acquisition, dormant customer win-back, lost/pending analysis, customer feedback (through NPS surveys/google reviews etc) Manage the collection and tracking of telecalling and gift distribution reports by store CRA's and ensure these reports are maintained for accurate reporting purposes. Provide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Reports to discuss in the meetings and assist the management team with other ad-hoc CRM reports. Work with the store CRAs to ensure all tasks are completed within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT) for telecalling, CRM tickets (complaints/queries/requests), and CRM calendar planning and execution along with Marketing.Drive CRM excellence:
Suggesting/Identifying customer reach-out mechanism for various customer segments within the country. Process improvements Be the subject matter expert on CRM for the retail team and extended CRM teams within the region. What you bring to the table: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, retail, sales support, or a related role Strong MS Excel skills Under graduate degree or equivalent preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable in customer-facing environmentsJob Type:
