Job Description

NM Partnerships & Community Presence Lead Are you a natural connector with a passion for building local relationships? We are looking for a Partnerships & Community Presence Lead to serve as our primary on-the-ground representative in Southeast New Mexico. This is a unique, federally funded role focused entirely on community engagement and program visibility— no fundraising required .
Job Details Pay:
$28.00
  • $40.
00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Type:
Part-Time (15-25 hours per week)
Location:
Based in Hobbs, NM (Local residency required)
Travel:
Regular travel across 5 counties is required
Equipment:
All necessary equipment is provided The Role In this position, you will be the face of our organization, building high-impact partnerships with schools, local agencies, and businesses. Your goal is to increase our community presence and ensure our programs are visible and accessible to those who need them.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the organization at various community events and local meetings. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the region. Coordinate tours and facilitate introductions for program partners. Secure letters of support and formal commitments for ongoing initiatives. Meticulously track all contacts and follow-up activities in our CRM system. Performance Expectations (First 90 Days) We hit the ground running! In your first three months, you can expect to: Attend 10-15 community events per month. Establish 30-50 new professional contacts. Actively facilitate follow-up meetings and tours. Successfully initiate new community partnerships.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience:
Proven background in community engagement, outreach, or partnership development.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Logistics:
Must be local to Hobbs, NM, and willing to travel throughout the 5-county service area.
