Title:
Director of Infusion Salary:
Up to $180,000 Lo cation: Melville, Long Island (on site); local travel within LI required
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and cultivate relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate leads for home care services. Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding client base. Lead sales efforts, working closely with operations and care coordination teams to ensure smooth service implementation. Manage a team of intake (admissions) coordinators, providing training, mentorship, and performance oversight. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and brand awareness. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on revenue growth, client acquisition, and market penetration. •This position is based in Long Island. Candidates must reside in/near this location to be considered.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field strongly desired Experience in the healthcare sector; familiarity with medical terminology Experience with supervising/managing a team Prior experience with outreach and community engagement activities Prior experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care, skilled nursing, or related fields. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through relationship-building and strategic sales. Understanding of Long Island's healthcare landscape and referral networks. Ability to travel locally to meet with potential clients and referral partners.
