Job Description
BURGESS-MILLER VENTURE S, LLC. MARKETING LIAISON JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Liaison, who reports to the Regional Director, is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy. Sales activities include giving tours, closing sales, community outreach, cold calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, and holding community events. In addition, they are for the development and execution of marketing goals, social media management, special events, and public relations. This position offers considerable opportunities to leverage and develop skills in market research, branding, and project management. The individual should be highly organized, meticulous and strive in a fast past environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing goals to achieve objectives regarding sales, revenue, and profitability Work with prospective residents family members including, but not limited to preparing paperwork for admission to the facility(ies), while keeping the nursing staff informed of move-in dates, as well as working with discharge planners to acquire the necessary paperwork. Administrative Assistant or ED will assist with completing the admission paperwork. Schedule potential resident assessments for the DON Be the company liaison with outside vendors, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, home healthcare agencies, etc. Manage, plan, and implement trade shows, exhibits and community events. Follow-up on leads and track progress Maintain files and information for key vendors Communicate with family members, pharmacies, home healthcare agencies, etc.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of high school 2. One year of related marketing experience 3. Excellent written and oral communication skills 4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask 5. Networking experience 6. Excellent time management skills 7. Valid Drivers LicenseDEGREE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
