This role supports the community of Lima by coordinating services for patrons who receive prepared meals and have access to a food pantry. Through compassionate leadership and organization, the Director helps ensure a welcoming, efficient, and mission-driven environment for all who are served.

Qualifications include:

Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and program management experience, preferably in a nonprofit, ministry, or community outreach setting.
