The Product Manager plays a key role in planning, developing, and delivering products that serve AAC users, their families, and professionals. Duties and Responsibilities Builds and maintains a strong understanding of AAC users, communication partners, and professionals through ongoing engagement. Conducts market and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and product positioning. Gathers, prioritizes, and manages stakeholder needs to guide product decisions. Collaborates with users and cross-functional teams to define solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. Defines product features and requirements to support successful development and delivery. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Speech-Language Pathology, Engineering, or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required Required Skills/Abilities Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Demonstrated leadership and collaborative abilities Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
