Director of Community Relations and Marketing

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Community Relations and Marketing to lead our outreach, engagement, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in public relations, marketing, and community engagement, with proven expertise in fostering meaningful relationships across diverse audiences. Candidate will bring expertise in the healthcare industry and ideally in long term care. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to developing innovative strategies that enhance organizational visibility, promote community involvement, and support organizational growth. The Director will oversee communication efforts and drive marketing campaigns to elevate our organization's mission and impact.

Responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning and Brand Management Marketing Materials and Communication Digital Presence and Technology Media Relations and Public Relations Community Engagement and Outreach Census Development and Sales Develop and manage budgets for community relations and marketing projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Pay:

From $60,000.00 per year
