What You'll Do We're looking for a Contract Paid Media Coordinator to support a small set of client accounts with campaign execution, setup, and reporting. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone early in their career with hands-on paid social experience who is looking to stay active in the space without committing to a full-time position. You'll work closely with our Paid Media team to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, tracked properly, and optimized effectively. Your Day to Day Build and launch paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube) Conduct QA on campaigns, including naming conventions, links, and tracking Monitor campaign pacing and flag performance or spend issues Assist with basic optimizations (budget shifts, audience tweaks, creative swaps) Maintain campaign documentation, tracking sheets, and asset organization Support reporting pulls and basic performance summaries Collaborate with Strategists on ongoing campaign needs for a small set of clients Required Skills and Experience 1-3 years of experience in paid social media or digital marketing Hands-on experience in platforms like Meta Ads Manager (required) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes Comfortable working independently and managing time in a part-time capacity Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel Clear communicator and responsive collaborator Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in an agency environment Familiarity with multiple platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube) Basic understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics Experience working with tracking tools or reporting dashboards Success in This Role Looks Like Campaigns are launched accurately and on time with minimal oversight QA errors are rare and caught proactively Communication with the team is clear, timely, and reliable You're able to jump in quickly and support campaign needs without a heavy ramp-up Strategists trust you to own execution for assigned tasks and clients
