The Digital Product Manager serves as the architect, owner, and governing authority of the end‑to‑end Lead Management ecosystem across North America. This role establishes and leads a cross‑functional Center of Excellence charged with accelerating revenue growth through world‑class lead generation, qualification, routing, CRM enablement, and downstream performance optimization. This position holds enterprise accountability for establishing and governing the multi‑year roadmap, performance architecture, KPI frameworks, maturity benchmarks, and ROI models that guide investment decisions across all SGNA business units. Serving as the top authority on lead‑management strategy and digital maturity, this leader exercises broad decision‑making influence across platforms, customer journeys, and performance segments, ensuring the ecosystem continuously drives scalable, measurable revenue impact.IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Strategic Leadership:
Own the enterprise Lead Management strategy, including long‑term vision, roadmap, investment priorities, and cross‑platform ecosystem (Salesforce, CMS, routing, scoring, MDM).Define value cases, success metrics, and KPIs that drive revenue growth, funnel efficiency, and customer lifetime value.Build a cohesive enterprise roadmap across residential, commercial, distributor, and contractor channels.
Enterprise Execution & Governance:
Lead all technical and operational lead‑management initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and risk management across teams.Establish and oversee enterprise governance, roles, decision-making frameworks, and Agile operating standards.
Drive adoption through training and enablement programs delivered with partner teams.
Guide CRM, UX, content, analytics, and product teams in translating strategy into scalable enterprise capabilities.
Own the enterprise lead‑management roadmap, including prioritization logic and capability evolution. Data‑

Set enterprise funnel KPIs, maturity models, scoring frameworks, and performance standards.Govern experimentation and optimization practices to improve conversion, speed‑to‑lead, and engagement.

Executive Partnership & Strategic Planning:
Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning under a unified SG&A governance model.Serve as a strategic advisor to executives on lead‑management maturity, platform direction, customer‑journey evolution, and long‑term digital/data strategy.
