Job Description

Job Overview :
Providence Treatment, a Joint Commission accredited, State licensed outpatient and partial hospitalization program is seeking an energetic, highly self-motivated individual to fulfill the role of an Outreach Associate performing:
  • Lead, coordinate, and ensure effective implementation of outreach activities, information sharing, partnerships, and appropriate commitment of resources that are part of strategic partnership efforts resulting in increased admissions.
  • Report directly to CEO/COO with weekly reports relayed to the clinical team.
  • Coordinate all inquiries and admission activities.
  • Carry a small caseload
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
  • At least 2 years of experience in coordinating and organizing community outreach activities, preferably related to addiction and mental health field.
  • Experience in community engagement, information dissemination, and development of informational materials and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal, or and written communication skills.
  • Excellent abilities to work with a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field (social work, psychology, counseling)
  • Licensure preferred
  • Certified peer specialist or certified recovery specialist preferred.
  • Knowledge of Recovery Model (substance use and behavioral health) preferred.
