We are seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Agency with Choice (AWC) Regional Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will help empower individuals and families by supporting person-centered services that promote independence, flexibility, and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Supports Coordination Organizations, Administrative Entities, and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Conduct intake meetings and guide individuals and families through enrollment processes Stay informed on state, county, and ODP updates and communicate changes effectively Support Managing Employers and Support Service Professionals through training and ongoing guidance Develop weekly schedules that balance administrative responsibilities with community outreach and relationship-building Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered goals Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to individuals, families, and stakeholders Drive regional growth initiatives and expand awareness of PathWays services throughout Eastern Allegheny County What We're Looking For We're looking for a compassionate and motivated leader who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and is passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred OR at least 5 years of experience supporting individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism, including 2 years in a supervisory role Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Required Clearances & Compliance Candidates must be able to successfully complete: PA State Police Criminal Clearance FBI Criminal History Clearance PA Child Abuse Clearance National Sex Offender Registry Check Health Assessment and TB Test upon hire Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds Ability to travel throughout the region and attend events as needed Ability to work in both office and community-based settings Requires occasional sitting, running, walking, climbing, kneeling, stooping/bending, lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, crawling, gripping, reaching over head, reaching away from body, and repetitive motion. Requires normal range of vision.
