Volunteer or stipend-based to start, with potential monthly compensation up to $4,000 as the campaign grows About the Campaign James Moore is running for Governor of Pennsylvania as a third-party candidate under the American Independent Party of Pennsylvania. The campaign is built on a platform focused on practical reforms that directly impact the daily lives of Pennsylvanians. Key priorities of the campaign include: Lowering the cost of living for working families Strengthening public safety and supporting law enforcement Improving government accountability and transparency Reforming transportation and infrastructure funding Protecting children and strengthening families Supporting small businesses and local economies Restoring responsible, commonsense leadership in state government This campaign is focused on real solutions and measurable outcomes, not partisan politics. We are building a disciplined team committed to serving communities across the Commonwealth. Current Campaign Phase — Ballot Access The campaign is currently in the ballot access phase, focused on organizing volunteers and gathering petition signatures across Pennsylvania to qualify for the general election ballot. This stage requires strong coordination, community outreach, and disciplined execution. The Campaign Manager will play a central role in helping build the statewide infrastructure necessary to meet ballot access requirements and prepare the campaign for the next phase of voter engagement. Position Overview The Campaign Manager will oversee day-to-day campaign operations, coordinate volunteers and regional teams, and help execute the campaign's ballot access and outreach strategy. This individual will help organize campaign operations, support outreach efforts, and ensure the campaign remains focused on delivering practical solutions to Pennsylvania voters. This is a leadership role requiring reliability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Manage daily campaign operations and planning Coordinate volunteer recruitment and organization Support statewide petition signature collection efforts Organize community outreach, town halls, and voter engagement activities Track campaign progress toward operational and outreach goals Assist with scheduling, logistics, and communications Help build and maintain an organized campaign structure Ensure campaign messaging reflects the campaign's reform-focused platform Key Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Volunteer recruitment and retention Petition signature collection progress Event organization and attendance Operational reliability and communication Ability to meet campaign timelines and objectives Qualifications Preferred but not required: Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Interest in public service, government reform, or community leadership Self-motivated and dependable Reliable transportation Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed No prior campaign experience is required. Individuals with backgrounds in community leadership, business, public service, or grassroots organizing are encouraged to apply. Work Schedule Flexible schedule based on campaign needs. Typical workload ranges from approximately 20 to 40 hours per week. Campaign schedules may include evenings and weekends, particularly during events and major campaign milestones. Travel Expectations Some travel within Pennsylvania will be required to support events, volunteer coordination, and petition efforts. Most travel will be regional and scheduled in advance. Reliable transportation is expected. Compensation This position may begin as a volunteer or stipend-based role. Compensation may increase as campaign funding and responsibilities grow.
