Job Description

Communications & Marketing Manager Salary range: $55,000-$60,000 Excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, paid vacation & sick leave. Remote work flexibility available. Make an impact across central

is looking for a creative, motivated communicator to help tell our story and promote projects that strengthen communities across an 11-county region. If you enjoy writing, social media, event planning, and working with a variety of teams, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in communications. What You'll Do Serve as the primary media & legislative contact Prepare and send press releases Manage social media content, engagement, and scheduling Create marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, website content, etc.) Plan and coordinate events (ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, etc.) Collaborate with staff to highlight projects, programs, and success stories Help maintain and update website content Respond to public inquiries and support day-to-day communications needs (internal & external) Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, PR, or related field (or 5+ years of equivalent experience) Strong writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with social media and content creation Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva Preferred Photography, video, or graphic design skills Experience with events or public outreach Why Join Us?
