- $25 /hr Posted April 27, 2026 Our consumer goods brand is seeking a Community Manager to serve as the primary voice of assigned baby and child care brands across owned social media channels.
This role focuses on direct, day to day engagement with consumers, both proactively and reactively, to deliver a positive, human, and consistent brand experience. The Community Manager acts as a connector between consumers and internal teams by gathering insights, flagging emerging risks, and sharing feedback that supports brand, quality, legal, consumer services, and other cross functional partners. This is a hands on engagement role and is not focused on social media strategy or campaign development. The Basics
Duration:
8.5 month assignment
Hours per week: 40 hours/week
Location requirements: Fully Remote. Must live in the US
Team:
Baby and childcare category, supporting multiple brands within the sector Top 3 Required Qualifications Hands on experience using Sprinklr for social media community management
Strong social media copywriting, editing, and consumer engagement skills, including risk aware response management
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with professional fluency in written and spoken English Other Qualifications
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in community management, social media engagement, or a related role is typically expected.
- Experience working with consumer brands and engaging large audiences across owned social platforms is preferred.
- Bilingual capability in Spanish or French is a plus but not required.
- Personal or professional experience related to childcare is considered a nice to have.
- Candidates must be comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external agency partners and representing a cohesive consumer engagement perspective.
Key Responsibilities Engage directly with consumers across owned social media channels using integrated social management tools
Manage proactive and reactive social conversations while maintaining brand voice and tone
Monitor social channels to identify trends, opportunities, potential risks, and emerging issues
Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to support ongoing brand and engagement initiatives
Contribute to agile, timely social content including FAQs and approved consumer response copy
Document and share best practices for social copywriting and engagement across community management teams
Maintain up to date knowledge of social media trends, platform changes, and engagement best practices
Support the development, management, and maintenance of social media initiatives as business needs evolve In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
