Job Description

Project Manager / Implementation Manager - ERP & CRM Greater Boston Area (Remote/Hybrid) Contract - 6-12+ months Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Implementation Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ERP and CRM implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing complex system rollouts, with a specific background in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite implementations. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment from pre-implementation through post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end project management for ERP and CRM implementations, with a major focus on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projects Define project scope, deliverables, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource assignments, and budgets Lead cross-functional implementation teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment at each project phase Act as the primary point of contact for business users, technical staff, sponsors, and third-party vendors/consultants Monitor project progress, manage issues/risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to maintain project health and schedule Facilitate system and process design sessions, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities Ensure data migration, system configuration, integration, and customization tasks are executed effectively Manage cutover and go-live activities, as well as post-launch stabilization and knowledge transfer to support teams Track and report project status, KPIs, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience with a strong focus on ERP and CRM implementations Demonstrated success as a project manager or implementation manager on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projects Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and cross-functional project teams Solid understanding of business processes in finance, sales, supply chain, and customer operations Experience developing detailed project plans, budgets, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency with common project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Gants Charts, Smartsheet, etc.) Comfortable leading remote and onsite teams and coordinating with distributed vendor and partner resources Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or similar certification Experience implementing other leading ERP or CRM platforms Experience within the Alarms industry Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and change management best practices Based in the Greater Boston area (ability to attend occasional onsite sessions as needed) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. dSINhDUX7c
