Role:
Join College Park Academy, Inc. as the Director of Marketing and Communications, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and engaging our community. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing strategies and enhance communication efforts in a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote College Park Academy's programs and initiatives. Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the website. Manage public relations efforts to enhance the academy's visibility and reputation within the community. Collaborate with faculty and administration to align marketing efforts with academic goals and community outreach. Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and outreach effectiveness. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Organize and promote events that foster community engagement and showcase student achievements. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred. 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an educational setting. Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and managing communications. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics. Creative thinker with a passion for education and community engagement. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
