We are a small, fast-moving team with meaningful traction and ambitious growth goals. We are hiring a hands-on paid social operator to own Meta as a core acquisition channel and help turn it into a repeatable growth engine. About the role We are looking for a Growth Marketer, Paid Social (Meta Ads) to own strategy, execution, creative testing, and performance analysis across Facebook and Instagram. This is not a coordination-only role. You should be comfortable living inside Meta Ads Manager, building campaigns, analyzing performance, writing hooks, briefing creative, launching tests, and making fast decisions from imperfect data.
Your primary goal:
help Poppy AI acquire more qualified customers through profitable, scalable paid social campaigns. What you will do Own day-to-day execution and optimization for Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Build campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, creative testing, offer testing, and landing page testing. Develop and maintain a steady testing pipeline of hooks, angles, formats, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels. Write direct-response ad concepts, primary text, headlines, landing page angles, and creative briefs. Work with founders, designers, editors, and creators to turn performance insights into new ad assets quickly. Analyze CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, payback period, funnel conversion, creative fatigue, and cohort quality. Build lightweight reporting so the team always knows what is working, what is not, and what should be tested next. Improve the post-click experience by recommending landing page, onboarding, offer, and checkout experiments. Stay current on Meta platform changes, creative trends, attribution shifts, and paid social best practices. What we are looking for 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid social experience, with meaningful ownership of Meta campaigns. Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, pixel/CAPI basics, attribution windows, bidding, budget allocation, and creative testing. A track record of scaling direct-response campaigns where performance was measured by real business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
Strong creative instincts:
you can spot why an ad is working, why it is fatiguing, and what angle to test next. Strong analytical ability with spreadsheets, dashboards, GA4, attribution tools, or similar performance reporting workflows. Comfort moving quickly in an early-stage environment without waiting for a large team, perfect data, or perfect instructions. Clear communication and high ownership. You can explain results, tradeoffs, and next steps without hiding behind jargon. Practical experience using AI tools to speed up research, creative iteration, campaign analysis, or execution. Nice to have Experience marketing SaaS, AI tools, creator tools, education products, communities, or prosumer software. Experience with TikTok, YouTube, Google, influencers, affiliates, lifecycle, or email as supporting growth channels. Experience managing creator-style ad production, UGC, founder-led ads, demo ads, or direct-response video creative. Experience with landing page testing, CRO, funnel analytics, and offer development.
