Send job Job Details Interim Internal Communications & Engagement Manager Edinburgh (Hybrid) 12-Month Contract GBP300 p/d (Inside IR35) An experienced Internal Communications & Engagement Manager is required to lead communications activity around the publication of a major Culture Review and associated change initiatives. Working within the Chief Executive Office and alongside senior stakeholders, you will develop and deliver clear, engaging internal communications that ensure employees feel informed, supported, and engaged throughout ongoing cultural improvement programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading internal communications plans linked to the Culture Review Building strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders Supporting leadership communications and organisational change activity Creating engaging multi-channel internal communications content Encouraging two-way staff engagement across operational and corporate teams Monitoring communication effectiveness using feedback and analytics Supporting the development of a new Internal Communications Strategy Candidates should have proven internal communications experience, excellent writing skills, strong stakeholder management capability, and experience supporting cultural change or engagement initiatives within complex organisations.
