About Men of Iron Men of Iron exists to change a culture, one man at a time by equipping everyday men to know God and know his purpose. Through mentorship, small groups, retreats, and leadership development, we partner with churches, businesses, and other Kingdom-minded organizations to reach men where they live, work, and lead. The Iron Rep plays a vital role in expanding that mission locally by creating lasting and sustainable impact in the community and mentoring more men step into the roles God designed them to fill.

Responsibilities:

Build and grow a base of monthly financial partners through consistent outreach, meetings, and networking with individuals, churches, and organizations. Launch and support Men of Iron mentorships, small groups, and retreats while recruiting and developing local leaders. Cultivate relationships with mentors, churches, and community partners to expand the reach of Men of Iron. Maintain accurate records of relationships, activity, and commitments in the CRM. Capture and share stories of life change to encourage men and strengthen the mission.
