Lead Engagement Specialist

Job description Are you a motivated, results-driven communicator who enjoys helping people? Semper Home Loans is currently looking for a Part-Time Lead Engagement Specialist to connect potential borrowers with mortgage solutions. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in guiding leads through the initial steps of their home financing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with mortgage leads via phone, text, and email. Provide initial guidance, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with Loan Officers. Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM and pre-existing spreadsheets. Actively communicate with borrowers throughout the majority of your shift. Consistently follow up to maximize engagement and conversion.

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping abilities. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Experience in sales, customer service, or mortgage-related roles is a plus!

Position Details:

Part-time, hybrid role based in Providence, RI . Must be available nights and weekends , as these are peak engagement hours. Competitive compensation.
