This role reports to the SVP of Worldwide Marketing and Communications and is hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site in Santa Clara OR remote based on the West Coast, Arizona, Idaho, or Texas. This role sits inside a lean, high-velocity marketing and communications function. The right candidate is energized by building from scratch, has strong instincts for prioritization, and can operate without large teams or big budgets. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who wants to be part of something consequential in the global AI infrastructure story.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content & Social Build and manage content calendar (e.g., social media, contributed articles) that supports pipeline, brand, and awareness goals. Own social program end-to-end. Collaborate on creation of blog posts, bylines, customer stories, and more. Marketing Newsletter Own the newsletter end-to-end, including strategy, editorial, production, and distribution via HubSpot. Manage list hygiene, segmentation, and performance reporting. Events & Trade Shows Help coordinate US trade show participation in partnership with CX lead, including booth logistics, graphics, and collateral. Ensure consistent brand execution across every touchpoint. Influencer Relations Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and community voices in the AI, semiconductor, and enterprise technology space. Customer Reference Program Build and maintain a library of customer reference assets, such as case study quotes, video testimonials, content for social and more, in close partnership with Sales and FDE teams. Awards & Speaker Bureau Run awards program and executive speaker bureau, including opportunity identification, submission management, abstract development, and calendar coordination.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required 5-7 years' experience in marketing communications, with a track record spanning content creation; social media, awards, speaker bureau programs; events
