WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Omnichannel Trader is responsible for driving the technical execution, performance, and strategic health of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role bridges the gap between hands on platform management, active client communication, and cross departmental collaboration. The Omnichannel Trader owns end to end campaign execution, interprets complex campaign data into actionable insights, and proactively safeguards the health of managed campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Campaign Execution & Management Campaign Management:
Manage Omnichannel campaigns across social platforms and Amazon DSP, including campaign setup, audience development, ongoing optimization, and performance monitoring to achieve client objectives.
Campaign Health and Optimizations:
Ensure all campaigns are structurally sound and monitor pacing for delivery against client KPIs.
Performance Optimization:
Meaningfully analyze data and derive actionable insights. Formulate and deliver campaign strategy recommendations that directly support client objectives.
Account Management & Strategic Growth Leadership Communication:
Proactively keep departmental leadership informed of account health, highlighting potential churn risks, performance roadblocks, and new growth opportunities across key accounts.
Process Ownership:
Utilize account insights to develop, refine, and manage internal workflow processes that scale campaign success and eliminate operational inefficiencies. A high level of attention to detail is required to ensure all new workflows are accurate and consistently executed.
Autonomous Problem Resolution:
Demonstrate effective, independent problem solving skills by actively defining technical or platform challenges, evaluating alternative paths forward, and executing well thought out solutions to seamlessly enhance performance.
YOU'LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Bachelor's Degree - analytical or technical degree preferred. 2+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing campaigns directly within Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and/or Amazon DSP. Strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with conversion tracking tools. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and hit delivery goals in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
