Full-Time | Exempt Job Summary The PR Account Coordinator assists Account Executives with the day-to-day management of accounts. They support the entire public relations team, assisting with multiple clients and events to ensure the smooth running of all daily tasks. Key Responsibilities Gather and compile background information and analyze as needed. Maintain status reports for all assigned accounts, detailing completed work, ongoing tasks, and all relevant information necessary for accurate reporting. Proofread materials and adhere to client standards and protocols. Ensure that all projects progress according to plan and deadlines, alerting the team to potential issues before they arise. Assist in the development of content such as press releases, media advisories, or blogs. Maintain and update a variety of files, reports, and media coverage clips. Participate in the development of media lists and help maintain lists to ensure accuracy. Assist in media relations efforts including identification of target reporters, outreach, following up, and tracking. Help support social media content development, monitoring, and posting. Perform all other duties as assigned.
