Specific responsibilities include: Executing upon communication strategies: Receiving, reviewing and creating client facing communications plus deploying digital assets. Collaborating with marketing communications and client-facing teams: Develop and evaluate solutions and alternatives in support of a plan sponsor's communication strategy and the participant experience. Driving efficiency and impact. Advise business partners on how to most efficiently use resources to achieve goals. Project management: Manage the fulfillment of communication requests received from our business partners, from pulling proofs, to reviewing content, sending and receiving edits and approvals, to fulfillment via, digital or print, within given timelines. Creating and executing well-documented plans: Communicate clearly with partners and set and manage expectations throughout each request. Identifying trends to support new participant experiences: Share feedback, and communication needs to improve efficiency and scale while maintaining a best-in-class participant experience. Contributing to a culture of innovation, engagement, and fun. Actively support change management, ongoing team evolution, and personal growth.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project and time management skills; able to personally manage multiple projects and drive projects to completion smoothly. Detail-oriented, works well under tight timelines, high-achievement orientation and appropriate sense of urgency. Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to influence and motivate people without formal authority. Data-curious, and leverages business results to help drive participant outcomes. Demonstrated experience in marketing communication for financial services or other highly regulated industry. Familiarity with enterprise-level project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or similar workflow management platforms. A positive demeanor, sense of humor, and the flexibility to operate in an environment with multiple deadlines and changing demands.
