Job Description

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Community Engagement leads the development, execution, and advancement of the organization's school and youth wellness strategy across Florida and Michigan. This role is responsible for driving initiatives that support youth health and wellness, strengthen school and community partnerships, and advance dairy optimization efforts that promote the nutritional benefits of dairy among students and families.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution and evaluation of dairy nutrition programs that engage students both in and out of school. Identify school districts to explore opportunities for school meal expansion and potential funding needs. Oversee the organization's community engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with youth-focused priorities and maximizing program reach and relevance. Track and report trends and identify opportunities for program expansion. Lead the use of Salesforce as a central tool for tracking, inventory management, reporting and contract management. Supervise community engagement staff and support cross-functional collaboration. Support and improve project management practices across teams. Contribute to the development and refinement of internal systems and tools that drive operational efficiency and program effectiveness. Establish and nurture partnerships with school nutrition leaders and community organizations to effectively engage target audiences and advance dairy nutrition education. Serve as lead youth and community program liaison with national and state-level partners.

Interview Process:
