You will be the main point of contact from the moment an order is signed until the service is fully operational. Your mission is to bridge the gap between sales, partner providers, and engineering to ensure every implementation is a success.
Responsibilities Mission-Critical Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consistent updates and managing expectations from order receipt through the full project lifecycle.
Execution & Fulfillment:
Coordinate all project elements, including site access, vendor resources, and technical requirements, to ensure on-time delivery of services.
Stakeholder Orchestration:
Facilitate seamless interactions between customers, global partners, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving and swiftly resolve blockers.
Strategic Escalation:
Proactively identify and escalate critical communication or action items that require management intervention to keep milestones on track.
Data & System Integrity:
Maintain meticulous records within company CRM and project systems. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience within the telecommunications or managed services sector. Preferred experience coordinating installations for Internet, Ethernet Private Line, Cloud Connectivity, Voice, and SASE platforms. Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, vendors, and enterprise-level customers. Competency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex service delivery timelines to non-technical stakeholders.
