Job Description
Are you passionate about social media and finding creative ways to boost engagement? Do you enjoy being out in the community and capturing content opportunities as they happen? If so, we'd love to have you on our team. Why join our marketing team ? Shiner Law Group is a well-respected Plaintiff's Injury firm, with deep seated roots throughout Palm Beach County. With the recent rebranding of the Shiner Law Group Expo Center, and our ongoing sponsorships with the FAU Athletic Department, you will not just utilize your current skills but can challenge yourself with new opportunities for collaborative out of the box thinking .
Skills we are looking for:
- Utilization of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
- Fluency using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Proactive approach to managing social media business accounts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies for brand awareness.
- Ability to formulate unique ideas for branded messaging that drives engagement.
- Comfortable with spontaneous live-postings and on-the-fly sharing.
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a huge plus)
Experience:
- 3 years in social media, content creation, communications, public relations, or combined work and education experience with a bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Creating engaging, compelling and consistent visual content for target audiences across multiple platforms.
- Manage and maintain multi-channel social media platforms, including positive engagement with followers and responding to messages/comments.
- Utilization of social media calendar scheduling tools, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
- Forefront of staying current with the latest developments in social media marketing
- Video production, filming and editing of both short- and long-form content.
- Covering live events or creating on-the-spot impulsive videos.
- Grassroot events that support the community while building brand recognition.
- Flexible schedule, to take advantage of opportunities that don't occur between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Skills that can't be taught:
