Salsa Grille and George's International are locally loved in Fort Wayne and known for bold flavors, vibrant atmospheres, and strong community connections. We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and help us continue to grow.

Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across both brands. This role requires a mix of creativity, organization, and analytical thinking to drive engagement, increase foot traffic, and strengthen brand loyalty. This person will be responsible for capturing, editing, and posting content on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including photos, videos, and promotional campaigns Manage day-to-day social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews Plan and promote events, specials, and seasonal campaigns Collaborate with management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance Coordinate with photographers, influencers, and local partners when needed Maintain brand voice and consistency across both restaurant concepts Assist with email marketing, website updates, and in-store promotional materials Assist in menu changes for TV Screens Create and send out email blasts and SMS text campaigns to our rewards members Assist in creating branding materials such as posters, flyers, etc.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices Experience with content creation (photography, video, editing tools) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
