Social Media Manager Team Chais + Malcolms Place

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the online presence for two brands: Team Chais - Real Estate Sales Team Malcolm's Place - Non-Profit Men's Sober Living Organization This is not a "just post content" role. We are looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, engagement, and lead generation. Responsibilities Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok Film and edit short-form videos/Reels Develop monthly content calendars and posting strategies Write captions and create engaging social media posts Increase engagement, visibility, and audience growth Monitor messages, comments, and online engagement Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports Collaborate on branding, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives Ideal Candidate Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts Strong video editing and content creation skills Understands current social media trends and algorithms Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Comfortable balancing both professional and mission-driven brands Experience in real estate, non-profit, lifestyle, or personal branding is a plus What We Are Looking For Someone who can Turn ideas into engaging content Capture authentic moments and stories Help generate real estate leads and build community awareness Bring fresh ideas while maintaining professionalism and consistency Compensation will depend on experience, skill level, and scope of work.
