Job Description

Atletico PRO FC is seeking energetic, motivated, and professional individuals to join our growing organization as Front Office Associates. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in professional sports operations, administration, marketing, and fan engagement within an exciting indoor soccer environment. As the welcoming face of the club, Front Office Associates will help create an exceptional member and guest experience through outstanding customer service, organizational excellence, and professional communication. Candidates with bilingual abilities and strong office management skills are highly encouraged to apply. All positions are internship/volunteer opportunities with a performance-based commission structure ranging from 10%-25%. Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the club's
CEO & COO
with updates, reports, operational feedback, and business development leads
  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, appointments, and office organization
  • Assist with clerical tasks including filing, proofreading, typing correspondence, and record management
  • Maintain accurate data entry and administrative documentation Customer Service & Communications
  • Greet members, visitors, athletes, sponsors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems
  • Provide exceptional customer support while resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently
  • Uphold professional communication and phone etiquette standards Technology & Operations
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative and operational support
  • Assist with bookkeeping, scheduling, inventory tracking, and organizational reporting
  • Support club operations during events, match days, and promotional activities Qualifications
  • Previous experience in front desk operations, office administration, customer service, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and general computer systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
  • Professional demeanor with strong time management and attention to detail
