Macon, GA Job Details $65,000 - $70,000 a year 23 hours ago Qualifications Databases Bachelor's degree Productivity software Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description This is a remote position requiring the applicant to reside in the Metro/North Atlanta area. Job Summary In partnership with organizations providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the Success Coach supports frontline employees in the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia region by helping mitigate or remove barriers to maintaining employment. This is accomplished through resource connection, coaching through crises, and ongoing case management. The Success Coach monitors job performance and progress, identifies challenges to retention, develops strategies, and maintains consistent follow-up until issues are resolved. This role requires strong relationship-building with employees, supervisors, HR staff, and community partners, along with accurate and timely documentation of all interactions. This position requires the employee to live within the Metro Atlanta/North Georgia service area to effectively attend in-person meetings, including but not limited to: Provider and community resource meetings Provider new hire orientations (may also be completed virtually) On-site employee support and resource delivery, as needed Provider and community resource development/marketing Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop and maintain supportive relationships with employees, supervisors, and HR staff to address challenges impacting employment retention. Provide direct support, coaching, and resource navigation to employees experiencing barriers. Conduct outreach and build relationships to promote ERN services across assigned worksites. Travel regularly throughout the Metro Atlanta/North Georgia region to meet with employees at worksites, community locations, or neutral settings. Serve as a liaison between employees and employers when appropriate to support retention outcomes. Deliver presentations and participate in meetings where frontline staff are present, including in-person and virtual orientations and trainings. Build and maintain relationships with community-based resource providers; actively engage in local networking and partnership meetings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of public assistance programs (TANF, WIC, SNAP, childcare subsidies, Medicaid, etc.). Maintain accurate, detailed records of all client interactions, plans, and outcomes in required systems. Collect and develop success stories for reporting, grants, and publications. Analyze and present program data for internal and external stakeholders. Participate in Steering Committee meetings and respond to requests from SPADD as needed. Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet employee needs. Other Duties & Responsibilities Represent the organization at meetings, events, and community engagements. Support special projects and initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience working with individuals in crisis or facing life challenges preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and virtual platforms. Must reside in the Metro Atlanta or North Georgia area. You must be able to travel frequently within the region using reliable personal transportation. Ability to attend in-person meetings, orientations, and resource events regularly. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends. Bilingual preferred but not required. Physical Demands / Work Environment This role operates in office, community, and partner organization settings across the Metro Atlanta/North Georgia region.
