Create compelling content including photography, videos, graphics, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends; respond promptly to foster community engagement. Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Analytics to optimize reach and ROI. Oversee daily store operations by supervising staff on the restaurant floor, ensuring excellent customer service, organization, and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries both online and in person; handle public relations matters professionally. Qualifications Prior experience in retail or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for e-commerce trends is a plus.
