Job Description

The Corporate Engagement Manager plays a key role in advancing United Way of Greenville County's mission to improve lives, strengthen the community, and advance equity for the benefit of all. This position manages and grows a portfolio of corporate and community partnerships, developing strategic, year-round relationships that generate revenue, deepen engagement, and create lasting community impact. Working closely with corporate partners, the Corporate Engagement Manager will align United Way's initiatives with each company's philanthropic and social responsibility goals. This includes designing and executing effective corporate giving campaigns, securing sponsorships, supporting volunteer engagement, and identifying new business prospects. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional with experience in fundraising or sales, strong presentation skills, and a passion for community impact.
