This role involves supporting both strategic and day-to-day operations of investor and public relations teams within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of managing high-visibility activities while representing the organization with professionalism. Position Overview for the Investor Relations /
Public Relations Coordinator:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar and travel management. Coordinate investor relations activities such as stakeholder engagement, investor communications, and conference logistics. Manage internal and external communications, including preparing presentation materials and handling confidential information. Serve as a primary contact for investor and analyst inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses. Support quarterly earnings activities, including preparing materials, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors and media teams. Requirements for the Investor Relations / Public Relations Coordinator:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience supporting senior leadership within corporate communications, investor relations, finance, or executive operations in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or suitable combination of education and experience. Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal presence in managing confidential, high-visibility matters. Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of quality and accuracy.
