Provide support for the Chief Communications Officer and team, coordinate budget, meetings, vendor agreements, travel plans and other similar day-to-day operations of the marketing andmunications office and provide accurate information to the public when responding to inquiries.

Education/Certification:

•High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

•Fifteen semester hours of college credit with some business orientation or equivalent business college training; or successful demonstration ofpetencies in typing, filing procedures, office records, management,puter skills and business writing; or three years of general clerical/administrative assistant experience•Public school experience preferred
