10-15 Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing CRM implementations, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead end to end CRM project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery Drive CRM implementation, migration, and enhancement projects (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics / other CRM platforms) Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define functional and technical requirements Manage cross functional teams including developers, consultants, QA, and business users Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and cost constraints Conduct regular status updates, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans Ensure compliance with organizational processes and governance standards Oversee data migration, integration, and system customization activities Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics Required Skills & Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in IT Project Management , with at least 5+ years in CRM projects Strong experience with CRM platforms such as: Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 Oracle CRM (optional) Proven experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities Hands on experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and data migration Familiarity with business processes like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Preferred Qualifications
PMP / PRINCE2
/ Agile certifications CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified, Dynamics 365) Experience in cloud technologies and SaaS platforms Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High level of adaptability and ownership Strong client facing and interpersonal skills Key Deliverables Successful CRM system implementation and rollout On time and within budget project delivery Stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption Process optimization and performance improvements
