You will serve as the face of our organization to physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and hospital discharge teams educating the community on the gift of hospice care and ensuring patients and families receive the support they deserve.

BASE SALARY

$70,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)

BONUS:

Performance-based • Monthly • Uncapped

EXPERIENCE

5+ Years Hospice Marketing Required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, NPs, and referral sources across Carrollton and the DFW service area Develop and manage accounts at SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, and memory care communities Plan and facilitate community education events, lunch-and-learns, and in-services for clinical staff Meet and exceed weekly admission targets through consistent prospecting and follow-through Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless referral-to-admission transitions Maintain detailed activity and pipeline reporting for leadership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of hospice marketing or home health / post-acute marketing experience Established relationships within the DFW referral community preferred Strong knowledge of hospice eligibility, the Medicare benefit, and the referral process Self-motivated with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding admission goals Excellent communication, presentation, and community outreach skills Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required
