Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager specializing in Construction and Telecommunications to lead complex projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction initiatives within the telecommunications sector, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and telecommunications infrastructure, bringing energy and precision to every phase of project delivery. Duties Manage construction and telecommunications projects from initiation to closeout. Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors. Track project costs, labor, materials, and equipment. Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor risks, issues, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Provide clear project status, schedule, and financial reports to management and clients. Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with ACG standards. Skills Strong understanding of construction and telecommunications project execution. Advanced Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis. Familiarity with ERP and project management systems (Odoo preferred). Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Strong organizational discipline and documentation habits. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Experience 5+ years of experience in construction and/or telecommunications project management. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with public and private sector projects preferred. Proven experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams. Disqualifiers No prior experience managing construction or telecom projects. Inability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Weak documentation, organization, or follow-through. Resistance to a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment. Inability to work in an office‑based or hybrid role with jobsite coordination.
Pay:
$71,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
