Field organizers will be held to weekly and daily volunteer recruitment and direct voter contact goals. The ideal employee is ambitious, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities are wide-ranging, dependent upon the circumstances, and may include: Execute a direct voter contact program to persuade and turnout voters. Be accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly goals and metrics. Recruit, train and manage volunteers and interns to conduct direct-voter contact. Conduct direct voter contact including, canvassing, phone banking and texting. Other duties as assigned by the field director, deputy campaign manager or campaign manager.
