FULL-TIME DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Help Build the Future of Classical Music in West Texas Classical 105.7 is Lubbock's only 24/7 classical music radio station, dedicated to enriching the South Plains through music, culture, education, and the arts. As a growing nonprofit public media organization, we are seeking a motivated and community-minded Development Director to lead fundraising and revenue development efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead fundraising initiatives and annual giving campaigns Build relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, and community leaders Secure underwriting, grants, sponsorships, and major gifts Represent Classical 105.7 at community and arts-related events Support strategic growth initiatives and special projects Maintain donor communications and stewardship activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in media sales, fundraising, business development, or nonprofit advancement Strong ties to the Lubbock community preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for the arts, music, and community service Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve goals
