This is a great opportunity for a natural networker with sales experience who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, attending community events, and helping families find reliable school transportation solutions. Taxi Mom is not a random ride service. We provide reserved seats on dedicated school transportation routes. This role is focused on helping families understand our membership model while helping Taxi Mom build stronger route density in assigned communities. Responsibilities Build relationships with PTA/PTO leaders, school-adjacent contacts, parent groups, neighborhood leaders, family-focused businesses, and community organizations. Generate qualified family interest in assigned school micro-zones. Attend community events, school-adjacent events, parent meetings, vendor fairs, and approved local marketing opportunities. Follow up with interested families and guide them to Taxi Mom's approved registration process. Track outreach activity, leads, registrations, paid memberships, and follow-up tasks. Submit a weekly activity and results report. Represent Taxi Mom professionally and consistently in the community. Requirements Sales, outreach, relationship-building, or community engagement experience. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable speaking with parents, community leaders, and local organizations. Organized and able to track activity and results. Ability to work independently while following Taxi Mom's systems and brand standards. Availability for some school/community events, including occasional evenings or weekends. Existing school, PTA, neighborhood, or family-community relationships are a plus. Compensation Base pay is $400 per week for approximately 20-25 hours per week, plus performance incentives.

Incentives include:

$75 for each qualified new paid membership $10 monthly continued rider stipend for up to six months per qualified rider Additional bonuses may be available for school cluster and route density milestones. Strong performers may earn $550-$850+ per week depending on membership production and retention.
