Job Description

Our Community Impact Ambassador delivers dynamic service while representing the Credit Union brand throughout our communities. This position requires a High School diploma and highly motivated, independent individual that can also thrive in a team environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year of experience working with the community, building relationships or equivalent customer service experienceNetworking and relationship-building skillsKnowledge of Credit Union products and services and Microsoft Office, including ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectivelyEffective time management and exhibits strong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently while displaying initiativeMaintains a high level of professionalismValid driver license, courteous driving Dependable; punctual and regular attendanceFriendly, positive, energetic, responsible, outgoingAbility to work well in a team environment and support the credit unions mission and values
JOB SUMMARY
Represent Neches FCU in the community, ensuring visibility and awareness Maintain relationships with local businesses and chambersEducates and informs about our products and services availableDistribute Neches FCU promotional materials throughout the communityAssist with hosting on-site member drives and seminars as neededAssist with conducting financial literacy courses as neededAssist with event preparation and represent Neches FCU at local businesses and community eventsSchedule, track and maintain exposureIf Neches vehicles are unavailable, mileage is paid for using personal vehicleOther duties assigned as needed

Scheduled for 40 hours per week between the hours of Monday Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM with weekends, early morning and evenings as needed.
