This is an individual contributor position on the Brand and Communications team and serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating complex priorities into clear, compelling communication that strengthens engagement, reinforces culture, and enables business performance. This role operates with a high degree of independence and accountability in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate blends strategy, storytelling, and operational excellence, with a deep understanding of how to reach diverse, dispersed, and non-desk audiences, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels without direct authority. This role works closely with the other Brand and Communications team members to deliver cohesive and impactful communication across channels. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field 5+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or employee communications Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies in complex organizations Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels without direct authority Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from strategy through end-to-end execution Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email platforms) Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting change management or transformation initiatives Experience communicating with frontline, craft, or field-based workforces Background in construction, industrial, energy, or engineering environments Familiarity with employee engagement platforms, communication analytics, and multi-channel strategies #LI-CC1
