Job Description
Alpha Consulting Solutions is hiring a full-time Fundraising Associate to support nonprofit campaigns throughout the Houston area. As a Fundraising Associate, you'll meet directly with community members, share the stories behind meaningful causes, and help nonprofit organizations secure the support they need to continue their work. This Fundraising Associate opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by goals, and want to develop valuable communication and sales skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain hands-on experience in fundraising, donor engagement, community outreach, and sales while supporting nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. Your day-to-day as a Fundraising Associate will include: Engaging directly with community members during fundraising campaigns and outreach events Educating potential supporters about nonprofit programs, initiatives, and community impact Guiding donors through the contribution process and answering questions along the way Using strong communication and sales skills to create meaningful donor interactions Building trust with supporters through professional and engaging conversations Assisting with campaign goals by helping drive fundraising results through effective outreach and sales-focused communication Maintaining accurate records of interactions, donations, and campaign activity Collaborating with fellow Fundraising Associate team members to strengthen campaign performance Representing nonprofit partners with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude Perks of joining our Fundraising Associate Team include: Weekly pay and uncapped earning potential Choice between $600 weekly base pay or 30% commissions of total funds raised Entry-level training focused on communication, fundraising, and sales development Hands-on experience working directly with donors and community members Fast-paced environment with daily interaction and variety Performance-based advancement opportunities Exposure to nonprofit leadership and community engagement initiatives Opportunity to build transferable sales, fundraising, and relationship-building skills
