Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individuals who thrive in social environments Someone who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people in the community A creative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills A teammate with a passion for hospitality, entertainment, and guest experiences Someone who is comfortable representing the TOCA Social brand at events and activations A highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and follow-through Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and community events A positive attitude and willingness to support teammates and other departments when needed Experience in marketing, promotions, hospitality, events, or community outreach is helpful, but not essential—we hire attitude and train the individual We're looking for an energetic and engaging Marketing Captain who will help bring the TOCA Social brand to life within the local community while driving awareness, excitement, and guest traffic to the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Representing TOCA Social at local events, activations, tournaments, festivals, and community gatherings Building relationships with local businesses, corporate offices, hotels, apartment communities, and community organizations Supporting grassroots marketing initiatives that drive awareness and guest engagement Distributing promotional materials, branded merchandise, and event information to local partners and community members Helping create and maintain local referral and partnership programs that encourage repeat visits and new guest acquisition Recruiting, supporting, and motivating a team of brand ambassadors to ensure consistent and engaging brand representation Tracking outreach efforts, partnerships, and lead generation activity while providing regular updates to venue leadership Supporting in-venue marketing initiatives and special events including watch parties, themed nights, and community activations Creating energy and excitement during venue events while acting as a positive ambassador for the TOCA Social brand Working collaboratively with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to support venue growth and community engagement Being flexible to support a range of duties in line with business needs and special event programming
