Customer Engagement Representative Houston Buzz Communications Webster, TX Job Details Full-time From $600 a week 6 hours ago Benefits Career development plan Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Houston Buzz Communications works with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to expand outreach and strengthen community awareness throughout Houston, TX . Our current campaign focuses on helping provide mental health services and school support resources for children across the Houston area. We're hiring a full-time Customer Engagement Representative to support outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and customer interaction throughout the community. Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Representative Speak directly with customers during outreach events and fundraising campaigns Introduce customers to mental health initiatives and school support programs Use a relationship-focused sales approach to guide donation conversations Answer customer questions and keep interactions positive and professional Help support daily sales goals tied to campaign fundraising efforts Track outreach activity, customer interaction, and completed sales progress Work with other Customer Engagement Representative team members during live events Maintain organized outreach records and customer information Represent nonprofit campaigns professionally throughout Houston Qualifications of the Customer Engagement Representative Background in retail, restaurants, hospitality, outreach, customer service, or similar customer-facing roles is helpful Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day Positive attitude in fast-paced, performance-based sales environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations Interested in communication, outreach, fundraising, and sales development Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply for the Customer Engagement Representative role
