Full Job Description Provider Relations Representative Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Hybrid after probationary period)

Murray, Utah Do you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping healthcare offices succeed? As EMI Health's Provider Relations Representative, you'll work directly with provider offices across Utah—bringing new providers into our network and supporting strong, long-term partnerships. What You'll Do Recruit new provider offices to join EMI Health's network Travel across Utah to meet with providers and maintain relationships Help new providers get set up through onboarding and orientation Serve as a main contact for providers and practice managers—answering questions and resolving concerns Work with internal teams on projects that improve the provider experience Why You'll Love Working Here Generous paid time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match Tuition reimbursement Mileage reimbursement for travel What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in healthcare contracting or working with provider offices (preferred) Comfortable traveling within the state of Utah Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your day independently Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email) Great relationship-building and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office EMI Health is an EEO employer as defined by the EEOC.
