In this role, you will be the face of our skilled nursing facilities' digital and public presence, serving as the bridge to our community, giving voice to our mission and values, fostering meaningful relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the broader community. Engage with online communities, residents' families, and stakeholders to answer questions, provide updates, and share stories about the exceptional care we provide. Craft compelling stories, announcements, and features that highlight resident achievements, facility events, and staff milestones, positioning us as a community partner and trusted healthcare provider. Collaborate closely with the marketing and workforce development team to align our messaging with broader organizational goals. Attend events, facility tours, and networking functions as a representative of our brand, promoting our values of empathy, integrity, and quality care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related experience 2+ years of experience in public relations, social media, or community engagement, ideally in the healthcare sector. Willingness and ability to travel frequently Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships and engaging with diverse audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tell compelling stories.
